Our Promise to You
At Mageera.lk, we want you to have a great shopping experience. That's why we've created a straightforward return policy that protects you. If an item you ordered is not what you expected, is damaged, or doesn't arrive, we are here to help you. This policy explains your options and how we, along with our sellers, ensure you are looked after.
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item for the following reasons:
1. The Item is Not as Described: This is when the item you received is different from the seller's original listing. This includes:
It's a different item, color, or model.
It's damaged or defective.
Parts are missing.
It's a counterfeit item.
2. You Changed Your Mind (Remorse Return): If the item is exactly as described but you simply don't want it anymore, you may still be able to return it. This depends on the individual seller's own return policy, which is displayed on their product page.
Go to Your Orders: Log in to your Mageera.lk account and navigate to your "My Orders" or "Purchase History" page.
Find the Item: Locate the order you wish to return and select the "Return this Item" option.
State Your Reason: Choose the reason for your return from the list and provide a brief description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, you may be asked to upload a photo.
Seller's Response: After you start a return, the seller has 3 business days to respond. They can accept the return, offer a partial refund, or ask for more information.
Shipping the Item Back: If the return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to the seller. You must ship the item within 5 business days of the return being approved.
Condition of Returned Item: The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Once the seller receives the returned item, they have 3 business days to inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method or your wallet.
If the seller has not responded to your return request within 3 business days, or if you are unable to resolve the issue directly with them, you can ask Mageera to step in.
Simply go to your dashboard and open a support ticket, choose the title "Return refund". Our support team will review your case, and if it's found in your favor, we will issue the refund directly to you from the seller's funds.
